BOX PARK POP UP BOOTCAMP SESSION
The Bootcamp: The bootcamp sessions combine high-energy circuit training with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Each class includes 45 minutes of training, followed by a guided warm-up, cool-down and stretching.
Exercises can be modified for every ability level, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can train at your own pace while still feeling challenged and motivated.
Social Media/Content: We may capture aerial footage and group video/photo content for the purpose of promoting the business on social media, our website and other marketing channels. We are committed to respecting privacy and no identifiable images of any individual’s face will be used or published without that person’s prior consent.
By attending our premises or events, you acknowledge that general non-identifiable footage may be recorded.
Transportation: Just a 5-minute walk from Wembley Park Station. When you arrive at Box Park please walk towards the Beat Box Room as that is where the session will be held.
